Must say my experience with business DNA was certainly positive as I was able to connect with myself and bring my repressed talents back up to the surface and into action. After working towards a career path I thought was going to set myself up for future, I would always find myself attracting the same problematic situations time and time again… I knew I needed a sense of direction. This is when I decided to give business DNA a try…I wasn’t quite sure what to expect at first, however found that the results based on a series of questions Id answered, gave me a far more vivid mental clarity. Based on conflicting work situations that were commonly occurring, I was able to refer to my results and it made a lot of sense. I wasn’t quite making proper use of my talents or attributes and would always find myself unnecessarily stressed and in panic mode at work. While I always sort of knew that I wasn’t in the right career, I wasn’t able to fully grasp and clear my perspective before doing the assessment with Gabriella. I felt trapped not knowing what I’d do if I were to leave my job.. but the results from the business DNA were able to open up various career path options clearly for me that would better fit my personality. I felt less scared to change careers and it now didn’t seem like such a leap in another whirlwind direction. From building relationships to making the right connections with others I can now see even more so why that work environment and career path as a whole wasn’t right for me. My career goals have now shifted and I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in my happiness at work in my new job as I feel more aware of my own inner needs and passions. I can now put all that focus and energy I was wasting trying to sustain a career not right for me into a career path that fuels my soul and that I actually wake up excited about

Three years ago I completed the Business DNA with Gabriella. I thought it was great at the time and it provided me with key insights to reposition myself for a new role leveraging my innate skills.

Typically, as a contractor at the time, I didn’t act on what was presented to me, as I transitioned from one role directly to another role of the same type. Fast forward three years, and I revisited my Business DNA with Gabriella, and thankfully I did. I now question myself WHY I left it three years to act. I once again focused on my innate skills and decided to create a “Personal Profile”, identifying to my future employer what I was naturally good at, and how they could get the best out of me. I called out the best environment for me to work in, how people can best interact with me, and many other personal traits that help me be the best I can.

The result is I am now in a new job that I love, I get to apply skills that come natural to me and I have the freedom to be who I am.

My advice to anyone considering a career change, or who is frustrated in their current role, give Gabriella and her Business DNA a go, and if you are serious, Act on the outcomes, don’t wait three years like I did. You won’t regret it.
